Boy oh boy, I had no idea what to expect when I started the Funky Jesus Music podcast ministry a few months ago. I hoped to be able to interview a few local Christian bands, then maybe score an interview with a national band sometime in the distant future. But here we are, just entering the fourth month of this ministry’s existence and already we have interviewed some of the top contemporary Christian acts.

And our audience, oh what a beautiful and growing audience. Our download numbers have exploded over the past two weeks. We have listeners from all over the world, and have a very loyal audience in Andre Pradesh in Southern India.

I wrote that the mission of the podcast was to introduce you, my brothers and sisters in the audience, to some of the artists who create powerful, inspiring Christian music. I had no idea that a great personal benefit was that I would be introduced to some amazing Christian artists. That is absolutely the case this week as I had a chance to meet the Neverclaim.
